North Phoenix Subdivision Real Estate information

In Adobe Highlands, as of the end of January 2007 there were 14 active homes for sale listed in MLS. The average list price was $435,814.29. There were no pending homes (under contract) and none sold during January in Adobe Highlands.
In Desert Ridge, also for the month of January 2007, 8 homes sold with an average sale price of $516,300. As of January 31 in Desert Ridge there were 71 active homes with an average listing price of $572,456.34 and 14 homes were pending with an average list price of $551,771.43.
In Dynamite Mountain Ranch two homes were sold during January 2007 with an average sale price of $280,000. There were five homes pending at an average list price of $360,760 and 69 active homes with a list price of $379,425 as of January 31, 2007 in Dynamite Mountain Ranch.
In Sonoran Foothills there were no homes sold during January 2007. As of January 31, 2007 there were six pending homes with an average list price of $538,272 and 68 active homes with an average list price of $601,953.13. Keep in mind that several of these active homes in Sonoran Foothills are spec homes available by the builders.
In Tramonto, there were seven homes sold during January 2007. The average price was $307342.86. As of January 31 there were 15 pending sales with $396,313 as the average list price. Tramonto had 140 active listings as of January 31. The average list price of the active homes was $478172.76.
