Is the Market Showing Signs of Picking Up?
Over the past week or so I have noticed an increase in buyer activity. I am beginning to have some serious talks with buyers that appear ready to begin the buying process very soon. In addition, my website is seeing 3 times the traffic I received from Oct – Dec.
Right now is a great time to be buying a home as sellers are at an all time motivated state, interest rates still very low, and there is plenty of inventory out there. This can only mean that great deals are out there just waiting on the buyers to come out of hibernation. I already have 3 showings scheduled for this weekend on my listings.
I would love to hear from the entire Real Estate community on this to include both buyers and sellers. Are other agents seeing an increase in activity or is this just another bleep on the screen?
