Vistancia is located in the NorthwestValley in Peoria. To reach Vistancia head north of Happy Valley Road and the 303. This location is far north, but provides gorgeous Sonoran Desert views and is out of the hustle and bustle of the Phoenix area. Vistancia was Voted ‘Best Master Planned Community’ in America in 2005 by the National Association of Home Builders. Vistancia is a community that has gorgeous views and wonderful amenities.
