VENTANA LAKES
Ventana Lakes is an active adult community in northern Sun City/Peoria that has homes that were built 1989 through 1994 by Lennar. As the community name suggests there are nine lakes within waterfalls intermingled among the homes. The community covers 480 acres with lakes that covers 30 acres. Fishing and boating is allowed in this community. Ventana Lakes is located north of Sun City with cross streets of 107th Avenue and Beardsley Road.
Amenities offered to residents of Ventana Lakes include swimming in one of the four swimming pools (two that are heated year round), enjoying the recreation or fitness room, going to the library, billiards room, crafts room, handball courts. Clubs that a resident can participate in include bocce ball, shuffle board, horseshoes, basketball,water volleyball, water aerobics as well as activities such as concerts, bingo and karaoke.
