TERRAMAR
Terramar is a stunning community in East Peoria. The community is built on the northwest corner of 67th Avenue and Happy Valley Roads and has phenomenal views of neighboring foothills. Terramar was establish in 1998 – 2000 by Shea Homes, Ryland, Engle, US Homes, and Hancock Homes. Approximately 1450 homes were built that range in size from 1500 square feet o 4600 square feet.
One of Terramar’s greatest advantages is its location. Residents of Terramar have easy access to AZ 101 via 67th Avenue or I17 via Happy Valley Road. Additionally Terramar children have the benefit of Peoria’s fine schools. It’s a community that I would be proud to call home.
