 Tatum Ranch is a development that was built by 12 different home builders in Cave Creek. Builders included TW Lewis, Ryland, Saddleback, Richmond American and Frank Duvel. Tatum Ranch homes were built approximately 1998- 1999. Homes in this community range in size from 1400 square feet to over 3800 square feet. This community is off of the Cave Creek Road and is close to the Carefree Highway making it an ideal location for individuals that work in Phoenix. There are approximately 3400 homes in Tatum Ranch.
This community is a desirable neighborhood due to its great location and beautiful views of the Sonoran Desert. Tatum Ranch offers the Tatum Ranch Golf Club which has the beautiful 18 hole golf course designed by Robert Cupp. The Golf Club also offers a Olympic size swimming pool and fitness center.
