Welcome to my Sun City Grand Real Estate Page.  Sun City Grand is a Del Webb/Pulte Master Planned Retirement Community located in Suprise, Arizona about 20 miles from downtown Phoenix as a crow flies and north of Bell Road and west of Grand Avenue.  Within this beautiful community you will find over 9000 homes ranging in size from 1000 square feet to well over 3000 square feet all on very nice sized lots.  All of these homes were built between 1998 and 2006 in 4 phases.  Property values have increased significantly over the last few years.  Upon entering this community you will be very impressed by the towering Date Palms, lush landscaping, and beautiful flowing water falls.  Sun City Grand appeals to all the senses and they spare no expense to keep it looking beautiful and colorful year-round.  As of this writing at least one person must be 55 years of age.

Never a problem in Sun City Grand as there are a myriad of stores of all kinds within a 3 mile drive such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot, and too many others to mention.  Also located within the same 3 mile drive you will find and Outback, Olive Garden, Red Robin and again many many more!

CURRENT REAL ESTATE MARKET ANALYSIS

As of this writing there are currently many homes available ranging from 1183 square feet and priced at $199,000 to 3389 square feet priced at $940,000 located right on the golf course.  A percentage of the homeowners are what we call snowbirds which simply means that when its snowing or cold they come to their second home in sunny Sun City Grand.  Regardless of the time of the year there are plenty of ready, willing and able folks to live the dream of retirement.
