Valley is a new community in northern Glendale. The homes are being located north of HappyValley road between 55th Avenue and 51st Avenue. It is a phenomenal location with cascading foothills on three sides of the community. It is a picturesque location.

is being established by Pulte, Greyhawk and Lennar and when completed should be approximately 2200 homes. Pulte alone is building six series of homes that range in size from 1200 square feet to 3900 square feet.
Within StetsonValley are plans for a new elementary school, several large parks and various walking paths within the community. This will be great community in which to live.
