Stetson Hills
Stetson Hills is a charming community in that has approximately 950 homes. Stetson Hills is nestled among several rolling foothills north of Happy Valley Road and about one mile west of I17. This community is in a great location being out of the hustle and bustle, yet close to I17 making a commute downtown manageable.
The homes were built approximately 1999-2001 and range in size from 1200 square feet to over 4000 square feet. The builders in this community were TW Lewis, Morrision, Pulte and Shea. Several of these builders built multiple phases of homes with different size homes.
Within Stetson Hills is StetsonHillsElementary school that was built approximately the same time as the homes in the community. Within the last few years Sandra Day O’Connor High School was built just east of Stetson Hills.
Several advantages of this community is its great location, great views and great homes.
