So you've decided to take the plunge and come
to the Valley of the Sun.

Allow me to guide your big move every step of the way.  After 20 years in the US Army with eight major family moves around the world and two more major family moves since my retirement, I am fully qualified to provide advice and counsel.  My goal is to singularly make the difference during your relocation.  My relocation package includes but definitely not limited too;

1.  Loan pre-qualification (if applicable).

2.  Send MLS listings so you can get a feel for the location, type, size, floorplan and options of your next home.

3.  If you make a pre-move visit to the Phoenix Metro area, I will pick you up at the airport, show you as many homes as you can stand during your visit, all the while giving you the grand tour of the Valley of the Sun.

4.  Initiate the home sales contract through acceptance for your next home while keeping you abreast every step of the way.

5.  Schedule and be present for a Professional Home Inspection and Pest Inspection by  certified, licensed and bonded Inspectors.
 
6.  Will work closely with Mortgage companies and Title Companies to ensure a smooth sale.

7.  Follow-up is the key.  I will ensure information flows smoothly and timely between us.

8.  Will coordinate your home closing regardless of your location ensuring you receive all documents needed to close and record your home deed with the county on time.

     In addition, I can always make hotel and car reservations if needed.  I will meet you upon your arrival to Phoenix and hopefully remove a large part of the stress associated with relocating.

     Sometimes its the little things that make the difference, like ensuring your new home has keys, garage door openers, Mail box keys, the utilities have been notified and turn-on or transfer goes smoothly.  Count on me for your next move, I know that you'll be happy that you did!
