is a community of Meritage Homes (previously Hancock Homes). There are approximately 850 homes in this picturesque location in Peoria, Arizona. These homes range in size from 2200 to 4800 square feet on very large lots. Pleasant Valley is located off of Lake Pleasant Road in northern Peoria. Pleasant Valley has easy access to Interstate 303 which goes to I10. The sub-division is located just north of Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Blvd. There are views of rolling foothills throughout this community. The area is an up and coming location.

Since this page was developed many stores have opened and they include, Kohls, Target Super Center, and very soon Home Depot will be openning.
