Patrick Ranch is a much smaller community than the other subdivisions I have mentioned on this website. I bring your attention to these homes because the community is stunning. The homes were built 1995 to 1996 and the community has great curb appeal. When you drive through the neighborhood, the homes are very well kept and have impeccable landscaping. There are approximately 200 homes in the community and when you drive through the neighborhood you will see notably few homes on the market at one time.
The homes were built by Beazer and Hancock and range in size from 1800 to 3700 square feet. The community is located north on 67th Avenue in Glendale and west. These homes are south of Happy Valley Road.
