Mountain Vista Ranch

Mountain Vista Ranch is a family oriented in Surprise Arizona.   It is located just south of Bell Road and west of Litchfield Park.  Builders in the community were Beazer, Standard Pacific and Regal Homes.  The community is quite large with approximately 1900 homes.   These homes in Mountain Vista Ranch were built from 1998 to 2003 and range in square footage from 870 to 2800 square feet.

Like all communities in Surprise, the Surprise town amenities are a great selling feature.   Surprise, Arizona offers a great facility in the Surprise Stadium (which hosts Spring Training games for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers).    In the same proximity to the Surprise Stadium is the Surprise Library, a $5.5 million, 20,000 square foot facility. Sharing the same parking lot as the library is an over 10,000 square foot Aquatics Center with two waterslides (– I’ve tried them myself), an eight lane lap pool and a kid friendly children’s area.  Nearby is the Surprise City Park which has a children’s play area, picnic areas and gazebos and a stock lake – fishing is allowed.      

If you enjoy outdoor activities the White Tank Mountains should be investigated.    The White Tanks Regional Park has over 30,000 acres with hiking trails, petroglyphs and a small waterfall.    The Park has wildlife such as mule deer and coyotes and has activities throughout the month to acclimate Arizonans’ to the park.
