- Submit your home to the various internet sites that are commonly used, Realtor.com, HomePages.com, www.donrichhomes.com and others
- Direct Marketing to my network of contacts via email
- Promote your home by networking with other top agents in the area for maximum exposure
- Continually update you as to any recent sales so that you always know the position of your property in the current market
- Provide exposure by hanging a professional sign, lockbox and brochures mailbox on your property
- Follow- through with all showing to Realtors to advise, suggest and assist in producing a written offer as quickly as possible after every showing
- Handle all follow – up work, including continued contact with lenders and title companies to insure a smooth closing
- Respond promptly to any phone inquiries on your home
- Be available to you so that any questions or concerns are handled immediately, day or night.
