Hillcrest Ranch
 Hillcrest Ranch is a community just north of DeerValley and west of 67th Avenue. There are approximately 1200 homes in the Hillcrest Ranch community. The primary builders of these homes were Shea and Pulte. Homes range in size from 1100 to 2700 square feet with both single and two story homes. The homes were built approximately 1993 – 1995. In the middle of Hillcrest Ranch is CopperCreekElementary School – home of the  Excelling Bobcats. High School Students will attend MountainRidgeHigh school located less than one mile from the sub-division and part of the Deer Valley School District. Both of these schools are fine institutions. Mountain Ridge has a high percentage of students attending college and receiving full scholarships. Both schools are only a few minutes away and are easily accessible from all parts of this sub-division.
A feature of Hillcrest is its location. It has views of ThunderbirdPark and is close to the 101. This makes it easily accessible for work commuters. Within a five minute drive you will find churches of all denomination, a myriad of shopping, golf courses, scenic views, Glendale Fire Department, and just about anything anyone can think of.
