Grayhawk

Grayhawk is a desirable community located north of the Loop 101 Freeway and west of Pima Road.   This community is built with two individual neighborhoods, The Park and The Retreat.  The Park is a designed with the younger Arizonans mind with its parks and amenities.  The Retreat is a gated community and is a bit more exclusive.  Homes in these neighborhoods range in size from 785 to over 6000 square feet and were built by Camelot Homes, Coventry, Columbia, TW Lewis, Hancock, Continental, and Crown Builders.    

Some of the amenities at Grayhawk are restaurants, tennis courts, miles of hiking or jogging trails, basketball courts and picnic areas.  There is an active community within Grayhawk.    The development supports social events, basketball tournaments and holiday events. 

One can’t mention Grayhawk and not mention the golf courses.    Grayhawk offers two well known golf courses, the Talon and Raptor.   The Talon was designed by David Graham and is a par 72 course.  The Raptor is also a 72 par course and was designed by Tom Fazio.    Both courses are extremely competitive and are a pleasure to play.
