Dynamite Mountain Ranch is a community with approximately 1200 homes built from 2002 – 2005. This community is a DR Horton (formerly Continental) community. The homes range in square footage from approximately 1500 square feet to 3006 square feet. DynamiteMountain Ranch is located off on the North Valley Parkway between HappyValley and the Carefree Highways. This is just east of I17 (although not close enough to the highway to hear traffic). Just east of the community are rolling foothills adding variety and views to the neighborhood.
