Bell West Ranch

Bell West is another fine community in Surprise Arizona.   It is located            Bell West Ranch has approximately 1000 homes that range from approximately 1300 to the low 3000 square feet.  The homes were built approximately 1999 – 2005 and are located north of Bell and West of the 303.   The primary builders in Bell West Ranch were Elliot and Standard Pacific.   There are approximately 1000 homes in the Bell West Ranch community.

Bell West Ranch can take advantage of all the fine amenities offered in Surprise Arizona.    Surprise, Arizona offers a great facility in the Surprise Stadium (which hosts Spring Training games for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers).    In the same proximity to the Surprise Stadium is the Surprise Library, a $5.5 million, 20,000 square foot facility. Sharing the same parking lot as the library is an over 10,000 square foot Aquatics Center with two waterslides (– I’ve tried them myself), an eight lane lap pool and a kid friendly children’s area.  Nearby is the Surprise City Park which has a children’s play area, picnic areas and gazebos and a stock lake – fishing is allowed.
