Arizona Traditions - Surprise Arizona

Arizona Traditions is one of the more popular active adult communities in the northwest Phoenix area.  These homes were built from approximately late 1990s – 2004.  These homes built by Continental Homes – a very reputable builder.   Arizona Traditions covers approximately 530 acres.  It is a very large gated community and a great location with its views of the BradshawMountains and WhiteTankMountains. 

The Arizona Traditions has a 24000 square foot community center and offers activities such as card clubs, craft groups, health, social and sport events.    Within the Arizona Traditions community is the Arizona Traditions Golf Club which was designed by Dick Bailey.  Arizona Traditions also has a very strong Pickle ball club.    If you didn’t know what Pickle ball is, it’s a less physically strenuous game of tennis – although still quite intense. 

There are approximately 1600 homes in the Arizona Traditions.   They range in size from 1000 square feet to the 2300 square foot range.
