ADOBE HIGHLANDS - PHOENIX ARIZONA
Adobe Highlands is a community of about four hundred homes. The homes were built approximately 2000-2001. Continental was the builder of these homes. Although Continental was purchased by DR Horton later, Continental homes continue to have a quality reputation. A portion of the community is their traditional one story phases (no two stories) which provides charming curb appeal. This phase of the development features Continental’s Brady floorplan which is 2313 square feet. This floorplan appears much more spacious when inside due to the large bedroom sizes and layout of the home. A portion of the community has much larger homes and two story homes as well. These go up to approximately 4000 square feet.
 Adobe Highlands lies just south of Pinnacle Peak Road near 35th Avenue and is nestled around several smaller foothills. A nice feature of the community is its easy access to I 17 which is approximately 1 mile away and its proximity to the 500 club golf course and Waterworld.

which offers classes and events such as bingo, card games and a walking club. The Community Center also is a satellite Phoenix police station and has park amenities such as softball and baseball fields, a basketball court, barbecues and a picnic tables.
